The ideal candidates for management positions at SAGE are not only skilled in kitchen operations but also excel in front-of-the-house presentation. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for food and desire a work schedule that is more life-friendly than that of a typical restaurant. All management positions are salaried and paid year-round, providing stability and a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000. As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for planning cycle menus, leading daily production, enforcing safety protocols, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires substantial culinary knowledge, high-end catering experience, and the ability to lead and mentor others in a positive and engaging manner.
