• Collaborate on innovative, limited-time offerings (LTOs) that reflect the brand and meet customer preferences, ensuring cost-effective ingredient sourcing and preparation methods.
• Maintain a high standard for food safety, portion control, and presentation in line with brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.
• Contribute to strategies for future expansion and scalable processes, identifying areas for improvement in service, speed, and overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef with operations management experience in a fast-casual or similar restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and passion for food innovation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of team-building and training.
• Familiarity with cost management, inventory, and ordering systems.
