We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our Spanish Social Club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and food preparation, with the ability to create exceptional dishes that delight our guests. As a Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and lead a team in delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen practices.
• Manage inventory control to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
• Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality food service.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to maintain consistent quality across all offerings.
• Monitor food costs and assist in budget management while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong skills in kitchen management, including supervising staff and overseeing operations.
• Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and banquet services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
