About the position

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for AI and ML will lead the company's efforts in Enterprise AI adoption across various industries, including Retail, CPG, QSR, Logistics, and Healthcare. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies, a proven track record in digital transformation, and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders. The CTO will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement to drive the company's generative AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary spokesperson for Generative AI solutions at customer meetings, industry events, and public forums.
• Help enterprise customers strategize, define, and design their Enterprise AI adoption strategy, including use case prioritization and business case initiation.
• Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the company's Gen AI initiatives.
• Publish whitepapers and thought leadership pieces to enhance the company's reputation in the AI community.
• Lead interactions with data science, product, and engineering teams to meet client requirements.
• Ensure overall accountability for customer satisfaction and growth from a technical perspective.
• Define and drive the roadmap for Gen AI solutions in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Gen AI solutions.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to guide product innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to communicate progress and gather feedback.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product development.
• Understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable product features.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Gen AI solutions against industry standards.
• Stay abreast of advancements in generative AI and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, focusing on generative AI.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and product development in a senior role.
• Experience in a thought leadership capacity, including public speaking and publishing.
