Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions for clients to maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Read and interpret environmental regulations and permits.
  • Calculate emissions and prepare routine compliance submittals.
  • Write regulatory and technical analysis memos.
  • Develop compliance tools to assist clients.
  • Compile permit applications.
  • Provide on-site client support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical or environmental engineering or a related scientific degree.
  • Internship or post-college professional experience in industry, an environmental agency, or environmental consulting.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to travel and adjust personal schedule for project needs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
