You will assist in the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the successful execution of projects, enhancing technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and safety within the UOP business unit. In this role, you will be part of a Field Operating Service (FOS) team, supported by technology experts from UOP's Operating Technical Service. The experience gained from each assignment will provide a solid background for assessing and solving problems encountered in various locations around the world. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to advance to positions of increased accountability within the FOS organization. Once you have gained sufficient experience in FOS, you may choose to pursue positions in UOP's Technical Service, Engineering, Equipment, Development, Manufacturing, or Sales groups. Regardless of the path you choose, the experience gained in FOS is key to both personal development and the ability to contribute towards the continued success of our customers. At Honeywell, our people leaders play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.
