As a Production Engineer, you will focus on the day-to-day operation and optimization of existing units, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance safety and profitability. In the Process Engineering role, you will evaluate and develop major projects, serving as a technical resource and improving systems for excellent process safety and environmental performance. The Control System Engineer position will involve developing and troubleshooting advanced control schemes, while the Research and Development Engineer role will provide technical support to customers and drive innovation through the development of new materials and processes. Responsibilities

  • Focus on the day-to-day operation and optimization of an existing unit as a Production Engineer.
  • Identify and implement improvements to plant safety, environmental, and profitability performance.
  • Evaluate and develop major projects and debottlenecks as a Process Engineer.
  • Serve as a technical resource for the corporation and develop systems to maintain excellent process safety and environmental performance.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced control schemes as a Control System Engineer.
  • Create and refine process models used in predictive control systems.
  • Provide technical support to polyolefin customers through visits and internal or external fabrication trials as a Research and Development Engineer.
  • Drive innovation by developing new materials and processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
