Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainability practices and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support sustainability projects and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP).
• Familiarity with life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to sustainability.
