About the position

As a Chemical Engineering Intern at Dyno Nobel, you will gain valuable manufacturing experience by collaborating with Engineers, Operations, and Management. This internship focuses on applying your education to real-world projects while ensuring compliance with Company HSE Performance Standards. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving Zero Harm through safety initiatives and will have the opportunity to learn about plant operations and contribute to various engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with the operations team daily to learn and understand plant operations.
• Demonstrate and lead the commitment to achieving Zero Harm through behavioral-based safety.
• Participate in BEx initiatives and activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Management, and Engineering staff to complete assigned tasks.
• Research and design projects as part of the internship.
• Present findings and results from projects at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Junior level standing pursuing a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work as a team player.
