About The Position
Kao is seeking a Chemical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer to be a Process Operations Lead (also known as a Liquid Making Team Lead internally) who will manage the assigned Liquid Making Shift operation and personnel. Reporting to the Processing Manager, the Team Lead will coordinate production schedule requirements with Packaging Team Leader and will ensure production is achieved in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. You will also optimize processes to improve safety, quality, or efficiency. This is a third shift position, approx. 10pm - 6:30am. Weekend coverage is occasionally necessary due to business needs.
