The Chemical Engineer (Rotational Program) at Westlake Chemical is a leadership development opportunity designed for newly graduated engineering students. This 3-5 year program allows participants to explore various roles within the Performance and Essential Materials business segment, gaining hands-on experience and training in a collaborative environment. Participants will work on real-world projects, develop leadership skills, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Work in various roles under the guidance of a mentor.
• Handle projects designed to develop leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willingness to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3-5 years.
• Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker's Identification Card (TWIC).
• Strong team building, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
