This 3 to 5-year rotational program allows participants to explore various roles within the Performance and Essential Materials business segment, gaining hands-on experience, technical training, and leadership skills while working on impactful projects.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Willingness to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3 - 5 years
• Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker's Identification Card (TWIC)
• Strong team building, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills.
