Responsibilities

  • Design and perform experimentation to improve existing or create new processes or materials.
  • Prioritize work and complete projects accurately and timely.
  • Analyze and interpret QC and experimental data.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of IDT staff across various departments.
  • Document all testing via reports and/or presentations and present data with recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field required.
  • Ability to acquire and apply knowledge of new software packages required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements required.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of work experience in a high tech/biotech company preferred.
  • Knowledge of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes and synthesis methods preferred.
