We are looking for a Process Safety Engineer in Boise, ID who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will establish process safety parameters, develop PSM/RMP programs, and safety requirements. Process Safety Engineers at Jacobs are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) for Specialty Gas and Chemical Systems for the Boise Technology Development (TD) site to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations. The Process Safety Engineer is expected to provide leadership and technical expertise to continuously improve the PSM and RMP Program by identifying areas of improvement and process risks and working with engineering and operations teams to develop effective solutions and procedures. The Process Safety Engineer will work closely with the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) department, Facilities Operations, and other teams throughout Boise TD (Tool Development).
