Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled service visits and deliveries.
- Work with Senior Technicians to audit and maintain superior customer results from our solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise to assist in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of automated product dispensing systems.
- Assist in new installation start-ups and training for customers.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Program and maintain standardized production formulas for customer's laundry and warewashing equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years in technical service preferred.
- Proficient in laptop and tablet technology, including Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and key metrics, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
