Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service visits and testing to ensure effective treatment programs.
• Generate and distribute reports after each service visit.
• Assist with technical issues at customer sites and develop corrective action plans.
• Identify growth opportunities at existing customer accounts and assist with prospect accounts.
• Participate in data analysis on program performance.
• Engage in technical training opportunities for skill advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to solve complex and non-routine technical problems.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Industry and customer literate, or ability to quickly learn industry and Solenis technologies.
• Proactive approach to addressing complex issues.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
