About the position

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate processing of payroll for all departments within the properties of Circa Hospitality Group on a weekly basis. This role involves handling various payroll-related tasks such as garnishments, tip compliance, commissions, and tax reports, while ensuring a high level of accuracy in data entry and providing dependable customer service to team members and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all departments on a weekly basis.
  • Handle garnishments, tip compliance, commissions, and tax reports.
  • Ensure accuracy in entering payroll information into the computer system.
  • Deliver customer service to properties, departments, and team members.
  • Provide additional support to departments as requested.

Requirements

  • 1 to 6 months of related experience in payroll or an analytic position.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms with guests, team members, and management.
  • Understanding and compliance with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
