About the position

The CHI IT Project Manager position at the Department of State Health Services involves advanced project management and technical assistance within the Community Health Improvement Division. Responsibilities

  • Manage all CHI IT project activities to establish project goals and objectives, set and track deliverables/milestones, and identify project risks and gaps.
  • Develop and implement strategic planning actions and policy decisions related to automation systems for multiple programmatic areas.
  • Provide guidance to section leadership in analyzing program requirements and developing strategies to improve programs.
  • Participate in disaster response and recovery efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in project management tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Experience in using computer application development.
  • Experience in project management software.
  • Experience in facilitating workgroups, projects, and meetings.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $6,377.50 - $8,206.67 a month.
