Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
• Reliable and punctual team player
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
• Proficiency required in reading and writing and mathematics
• Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records check, Paradies Background Check, and applicable Department of Transportation requirements
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on ladder, and walking long distances
• Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in environment with varying temperatures

Nice To Haves

• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• ServSafe certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items, including chicken, fries, salads, and breakfast items
• Ensure all food meets Chick-fil-A standards before serving
• Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with high-volume service
• Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
• Keep ingredients and kitchen supplies stocked and organized
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
