About the position

The Chick-fil-A Hospitality Manager is a key leadership role within the restaurant management team, responsible for overseeing the Front of House operations. This position focuses on fostering a positive culture, developing team leaders, managing operational costs, and ensuring service excellence. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and accountable for achieving departmental goals and service scores.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and work daily in the Front of House area of the restaurant
  • Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
  • Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department
  • Help establish and achieve all labor goals
  • Assist in creating and implementing all systems for the department
  • Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in the department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in restaurant management
