About the position

Chick-fil-A Woodburn is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service and cleanliness. This role involves supervising team members, maintaining hospitality standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The Hospitality Manager will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise personnel on the assigned shift and follow established opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure Team Members follow recipes and accurately prepare all orders.
  • Maintain the level of hospitality and cleanliness Chick-fil-A is known for.
  • Ensure Team Members work at a pace to meet the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
  • Ensure workstations are clean at all times.
  • Ensure cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.
  • Execute proper security and cash handling procedures and hold cashiers accountable.
  • Ensure Team Members monitor cleanliness in the drive-thru, restroom, parking lot, and overall facility.
  • Address guest issues that may arise.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and treat all employees with respect while providing direction and feedback.
  • Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations and document properly.
  • Lead by example, following policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bilingual preferred.
  • 2 years of restaurant experience (1 year full-time or 2 years part-time) in leadership and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of FOH and Drive-Thru roles and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Cheerful and positive attitude.
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
