About the position

The Manager at Chick-fil-A is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations in alignment with the General Manager's directives. This role involves leading the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, ensuring compliance with operational processes, and coaching team members to enhance performance. The Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting business growth through effective team leadership and operational management.

Responsibilities

  • Run the restaurant operations under the guidance of the General Manager.
  • Lead the team in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) areas.
  • Maintain and audit all processes within the restaurant.
  • Discipline and coach team members as necessary.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with the General Manager and senior staff, including the owner.
  • Spend 90% of the time on the floor leading the team and addressing team members and guests.
  • Handle guest concerns and work in various positions on the floor during shifts.
  • Run breaks and support the General Manager in key business success factors.

Requirements

  • 6 months of Assistant Manager experience in the organization or 1 year of leadership experience at another restaurant.
