The Chief Administrative Law Judge, in the title Hearing Officer 3 Human Rights, will provide leadership, direction and supervision to a team of Hearing Officers responsible for conducting formal public hearings in cases of discrimination and discriminatory practices in employment, housing, public accommodations or other conditions defined in the Human Rights Law where the agency has found probable cause for complaint and where the respondent fails to conciliate or the complainant objects to the terms of reconciliation. The Chief Administrative Law Judge will be responsible for ensuring fair and impartial hearings and decisions in compliance with applicable laws regulations, and policies.
