About the position

The position involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with the 340B program and various city, state, and federal contracts at Christian Community Health Center (CCHC). The role requires providing leadership and direction to department directors and managers, participating in strategic planning, and maintaining operational effectiveness while aligning with the organization's mission and goals. The individual will work closely with the CEO on business development, marketing, and strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and community impact.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure compliance for the 340B program and various contracts.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Directors and Managers of respective Departments.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Ensure operational smoothness and profitability while adhering to organizational policies and goals.
  • Lead the development of the strategic plan and current year operating plan.
  • Work closely with the CEO on identifying key capital projects and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate business agreements and maintain documentation of contracts.
  • Manage key marketing and communications objectives to maximize business effectiveness.
  • Conduct environmental analysis and evaluate options for operational strategies.
  • Forge new business relationships and assist with facility expansion and property acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve CCHC's strategic goals and plans.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or Juris Doctorate.
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic risk evaluation abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills for managing strategic initiatives timelines.
  • Quality-control analysis skills for testing products and services.
  • Experience in strategy formulation, business planning, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across healthcare and business sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in operations management and fiscal planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
