About the position

This Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, management and growth of outpatient services within a designated market. Under the guidance of the Regional Vice President, this position will be responsible for monitoring, supervising, and overseeing daily operations of their assigned facilities as well as collaboration on market-specific projects and initiatives. In addition, this position will be responsible for the supervision of two Step-Down Navigators; ensuring that step-down processes are adhered to including promotion of outpatient services, patient engagement, and routine data entry. Leads efforts to grow and enhance crisis screening services in assigned territory. Works with HOPE - CSU Administrator to assess opportunities for Crisis Stabilization services and develop plans of action to implement Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU) and ensures a high level of patient care. Works closely with the CEOs of HOH and SVH to develop and operate a fully integrated system. This position will gather and evaluate data through various platforms including Midas, MS4, SharePoint, etc. in an effort to identify trends and drive development.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development of service lines, programs, and locations (on-site & satellite). Support programs as needed to ensure continued operation, including filling in as service provider when necessary.
  • Oversees growth initiatives and the business development plan. Integrates the components of the step-down initiative, ensuring adherence to processes.
  • Manages identified Key Performance Indicators for assigned market to meet Patient Safety, Care Experience, Operations & Product Departmental goals. Responsible to meet ADC goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree in related field or higher is preferred.
  • Master's Level Clinician and/or licensed preferred.
  • CPR or BLS certification required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, five (5) years preferred.
  • Multi-location operational oversight with extensive project management experience.
  • Data capturing & analysis to drive development in relation to market demand.
