About the position

The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization’s major support functions: Human Resources, Education and Training, Occupational Health, System Planning/Healthcare Analytics, Center for Community Health, Internal & External Communications, Cook Experience and Marketing. Plans, develops, and establishes policies, procedures, and systems to lead the support functions in accordance with the objectives of the health care system, to ultimately enhance the culture, team and patient & family experience of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee major support functions including Human Resources, Education and Training, Occupational Health, System Planning/Healthcare Analytics, Center for Community Health, Internal & External Communications, Cook Experience and Marketing.
  • Plan, develop, and establish policies, procedures, and systems for support functions.
  • Lead support functions in alignment with health care system objectives.
  • Enhance organizational culture and patient & family experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in administrative leadership.
  • 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in a major hospital system.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
