The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) position within the Operational Services Division (OSD) is a pivotal role that contributes significantly to the agency's operations and strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Assistant Secretary for Operational Services, the CAO is a key member of the leadership team, providing a comprehensive overview of the agency's functions and fostering collaboration across various business units. This position is essential for ensuring that the policies of OSD and the Commonwealth are effectively implemented through critical collaboration with both internal and external resources. The CAO is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the OSD, which includes overseeing human resources functions, financial management, budget development, and agency procurement activities.
