About the position

The Chief Communications & Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's brand strategy, managing both internal and external communications, and leading all marketing initiatives. This position is crucial for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic communications plan to enhance the company's brand identity and increase visibility across key stakeholder audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic communications plan.
  • Oversee the execution of various marketing strategies including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Create a cohesive brand strategy and lead the communications and marketing teams.
  • Manage media relations, including crisis communication.
  • Work closely with other executives and department heads to ensure alignment of communication and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior communications and marketing position.
  • Proven track record in building and executing effective communication and marketing plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and marketing data analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies.
