About The Position
The Compliance Manager at Needham Bank is responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide Compliance Management Programs. This role involves building collaborative relationships with management to assess and manage compliance risks effectively, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as BSA/AML, OFAC, and Fair Lending. The Compliance Manager will also lead training initiatives, monitor compliance practices, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate compliance violations.
