We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full Time Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Corsicana, TX at Navarro Regional Hospital. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate at the top of your license and work collaboratively alongside your anesthesiologist colleagues as part of a highly productive team. This position offers a diverse case mix including Busy OB, GI, General, Ortho, ENT, Healthy Peds, Ophthalmology, and Endo. Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care to patients in various surgical settings.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary during procedures.
  • Educate patients and their families about anesthesia processes and post-operative care.
  • Participate in continuous education and training programs to maintain certification and enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Active nursing license in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in a variety of anesthesia practices, including OB, GI, General, Ortho, ENT, and Pediatrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Additional certifications in specialized anesthesia techniques.
