About the position

The Chief Digital, Information, and Technology Officer (CDITO) is a senior leadership role responsible for transforming IT functions to align with business goals and drive innovation. This position focuses on developing strategic IT plans, enhancing customer experience through technology, and leading digital transformation initiatives to position the organization for future growth. The CDITO will oversee cybersecurity strategies, manage technology partnerships, and lead a global IT team to ensure operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a strategic IT plan that aligns with the organization's business goals.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions.
  • Provide strategic direction for the organization's cybersecurity program.
  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships with technology vendors.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance customer experience through technology initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce comprehensive security policies for data protection and compliance.
  • Develop the long-term strategy for the organization's technology platforms.
  • Act as the leader of the Center of Excellence for IT and digital functions.
  • Define and oversee the enterprise architecture and solution architecture functions.
  • Conduct architecture reviews of technology solutions for best practices adherence.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  • Manage relationships and facilitate communication between IT and other departments.
  • Drive digital initiatives and lead the organization through technology-driven transformations.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
  • Build and lead high-performing global IT teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership, strategic, and delivery experience in information technology.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the latest technologies and industry best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including program plans, budgets, and resources management.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels.
