About The Position
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of our guestrooms, public spaces, and back of house areas, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for scheduling, directing, and following up on various maintenance tasks, from everyday details to larger capital plans that keep our hotels looking fresh. Your duties will include ensuring that the right tools and equipment are available and organized, as well as the proper use and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials. You will also troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and lead communication regarding capital projects and property rehabilitation.
