About the position

The Chief Engineer will oversee the technical elements of project design and construction for capital projects, specifically focusing on the Hudson Tunnel Project. This role requires ensuring the timely, responsible, and high-quality execution of key activities while maintaining project scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical elements of project design and construction for capital projects.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of activities for the Hudson Tunnel Project.
• Maintain project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead teams in tunnel engineering, surface work, electrical, construction, safety, design, and QA/QC.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 10+ years of experience in leading design and construction of bridge and/or tunnel projects.
• Demonstrated experience with projects of similar scope and complexity with a minimum total value of $1 billion.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
