Responsibilities
- Supervise engineering and grounds teams to maintain property conditions.
- Implement ongoing and preventative maintenance programs.
- Monitor expenses and inventory supplies.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and financial critiques.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ordinances and regulations.
- Administer work request programs and track maintenance requests.
- Facilitate departmental meetings and establish annual goals.
- Train, hire, and manage engineering and grounds personnel.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Three to five years of related experience or training.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and budgeting.
- Valid California driver's license.
