About The Position
The Chief of Facility Services Division is responsible for overseeing the optimal usage of approximately 5 million square feet of real property across Capitol Hill and other locations. This supervisory role involves leadership in facility operations, space utilization planning, and design services, ensuring compliance with Library policies and regulations while managing contracted services. The Chief will also oversee complex renovations, office moves, and upgrades, utilizing project management best practices to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
