About the position

The position is focused on establishing stretch goals and managing outcomes to ensure excellence within the organization. The individual in this role will demonstrate a strong commitment to the success of the organization and work towards achieving the best outcomes for all stakeholders involved. Recognizing performance success is also a key aspect of this responsibility. The position requires a strong business knowledge, maintaining an awareness of external technology and business sectors, and supplying knowledge of the Institute's culture, business processes, and tools to achieve goals. The individual will be expected to work in an office setting using a computer for extended periods, and personal involvement and exposure, including travel to other locations, will be required. The role may also involve entry to laboratory or workspace areas, necessitating the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
