B2B CFO - & B2B EXIT - is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team as a Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial individual who has a proven track record in increasing company cash flow and has been involved in the buying and selling of privately held companies. You will be working from anywhere in the USA, allowing you the flexibility to operate within your local market. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
  • Help clients increase cash flow and secure bank loans.
  • Guide business owners in the buying and selling of privately held companies.
  • Prepare businesses for future sales and ensure sustained profitability.
  • Build and manage your own consulting practice within the local market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent (such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately held companies within the USA.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
  • Experience in helping business owners improve their business.
