B2B CFO is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team, focusing on providing strategic business advisory services and facilitating the buying and selling of privately held companies. As a Partner with B2B CFO & B2B EXIT, you will leverage our well-recognized brand and esteemed reputation to build your own thriving consulting practice. This role is ideal for driven and entrepreneurial financial professionals who are passionate about helping business owners improve their operations and achieve their financial goals. In this position, you will guide business owners in increasing cash flow, securing bank loans, ensuring sustained profitability, and strategically preparing their businesses for future sales. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored financial strategies that align with their unique business needs. This is not a traditional W-2 CFO position; instead, we are looking for candidates who are interested in becoming Partners and working independently within their local markets across the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or in a similar role, such as a financial vice president or VP of finance, specifically within privately held companies. You should possess a proven track record of increasing company cash flow and have experience in the buying and selling of companies. Additionally, a desire to learn how to attract high-paying clients and manage multiple client relationships is essential. This role offers the flexibility to control your career while building a successful consulting practice.

Responsibilities

Requirements
