About the position
The CFO position at B2B CFO & B2B EXIT is designed for experienced financial professionals who are entrepreneurial and driven. This role focuses on providing strategic business advisory services to help business owners improve their operations, increase cash flow, and prepare for the sale or purchase of privately held companies. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build your own consulting practice while leveraging the company's established brand and reputation.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
- Assist in increasing cash flow and securing bank loans for clients.
- Guide clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.
- Prepare businesses for future sales and ensure sustained profitability.
- Develop and maintain a consulting practice within your local market.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
- At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
Nice-to-haves
- Possession of Series 7 and/or 79 license.
- Experience in successfully increasing company cash.
