About the position

B2B CFO & B2B EXIT is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is driven and entrepreneurial, with a strong background in helping business owners improve their operations. This unique opportunity allows you to guide business owners in the buying and selling of privately held companies while building a thriving consulting practice. As a Partner with B2B CFO & B2B EXIT, you will leverage our well-recognized brand and esteemed reputation to create your own consulting practice, providing a diverse range of strategic business advisory services. Your role will involve enabling business owners to increase cash flow, secure bank loans, ensure sustained profitability, and strategically prepare their businesses for future sales. In this position, you will have the autonomy to control your career while working from anywhere in the USA within your local market. This is not a W-2 CFO position; instead, we are looking for candidates to join our firm as Partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO, with experience in increasing company cash flow and involvement in the buying and selling of companies. You should possess a desire to learn essential skills in client acquisition and have a passion for taking control of your future. This role is perfect for seasoned financial professionals looking to excel in strategic business advisory and sell/buy services for privately held companies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
  • Guide clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.

  • Prepare businesses for future sales strategically.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent (such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately held companies within the USA.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
