This role involves providing strategic business advisory services to business owners, particularly in the buying and selling of privately held companies. The CFO will leverage the company's established brand to build a consulting practice, focusing on enhancing cash flow, securing bank loans, and preparing businesses for future sales.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
