About the position

The position of CFO at B2B CFO & B2B EXIT is designed for experienced financial professionals who are looking to establish their own consulting practice while providing strategic business advisory services. The role focuses on guiding business owners in improving their financial performance, preparing for sales, and navigating the complexities of buying and selling privately held companies. This opportunity allows for flexibility in work location and the potential for significant personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
  • Assist clients in increasing cash flow and securing bank loans.
  • Guide business owners in preparing their businesses for sale.
  • Support clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.
  • Develop and maintain a consulting practice within the local market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Possession of Series 7 and/or 79 license.
