This role focuses on providing strategic business advisory services to help business owners improve their operations, increase cash flow, and prepare for the sale or purchase of privately held companies. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build your own consulting practice while leveraging the brand's reputation and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
• Guide clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.
• Help business owners increase cash flow and secure bank loans.
• Prepare businesses for future sales and ensure sustained profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Nice-to-haves

• Possession of Series 7 and/or 79 license.
