About the position

The position of CFO at B2B CFO & B2B EXIT is designed for experienced financial professionals who are entrepreneurial and driven. This role involves guiding business owners in the buying and selling of privately held companies while providing strategic business advisory services. The CFO will have the opportunity to build a consulting practice, leveraging the company's well-recognized brand and reputation to help clients improve cash flow, secure financing, and prepare for future sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
  • Guide clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.
  • Help clients increase cash flow and secure bank loans.
  • Assist in ensuring sustained profitability for client businesses.
  • Prepare businesses for future sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Possession of Series 7 and/or 79 license.
