B2B CFO & B2B EXIT is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is driven and entrepreneurial, with a strong background in helping business owners improve their operations. This role is designed for those who wish to guide business owners in the buying or selling of privately held companies. As a Partner with B2B CFO & B2B EXIT, you will have the unique opportunity to control your career while building a thriving consulting practice. This position allows you to leverage our well-recognized brand and esteemed reputation to create your own consulting practice focused on strategic business advisory services. In this role, you will provide a diverse range of services aimed at helping business owners increase cash flow, secure bank loans, ensure sustained profitability, and strategically prepare their businesses for future sales. You will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored advice to help them achieve their business goals. This is a unique opportunity to work independently while being part of a larger network of financial professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO, with experience in increasing company cash flow and involvement in the buying and selling of companies. You should have a desire to learn essential skills for finding high-paying clients and a passion for taking control of your future. This position is not a traditional W-2 CFO role; instead, we are looking for candidates to join our firm as Partners, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA within your local market. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
  • Guide clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.
  • Help business owners increase cash flow and secure bank loans.
  • Ensure sustained profitability for client businesses.
  • Prepare businesses for future sales through strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in your local market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent (such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately held companies within the USA.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Possession of Series 7 and/or 79 license.
