About the position

The position of CFO at B2B CFO & B2B EXIT is designed for experienced financial professionals who are entrepreneurial and driven. This role involves providing strategic business advisory services to help business owners improve their operations, increase cash flow, and prepare for the sale of their companies. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build your own consulting practice while leveraging the brand's reputation and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
  • Assist in increasing cash flow and securing bank loans for clients.
  • Prepare businesses for future sales and ensure sustained profitability.
  • Guide business owners in the buying and selling of privately held companies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Possession of Series 7 and/or 79 license.
