The CFO will leverage the company's brand and reputation to build a consulting practice, focusing on improving cash flow, securing bank loans, and preparing businesses for future sales.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent (e.g., VP of Finance) in privately held companies in the USA.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
