This role involves guiding business owners in the buying and selling of privately held companies while providing strategic business advisory services. The CFO will have the opportunity to build a consulting practice, leveraging the company's brand and reputation to help clients improve cash flow, secure financing, and prepare for future sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
