As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with B2B CFO & B2B EXIT, you will play a pivotal role in guiding business owners through the complexities of buying and selling privately held companies. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling of privately held companies.
  • Enhance cash flow and profitability for client businesses.
  • Assist clients in securing bank loans and financing options.
  • Prepare businesses for future sales and transitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent (such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately held companies within the USA.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Possession of Series 7 and/or 79 license.
  • Experience in increasing company cash flow.
  • Desire to learn how to find high-paying clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
