This role involves providing strategic business advisory services to help business owners improve their operations, increase cash flow, and prepare for the sale or purchase of privately held companies. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build your own consulting practice while leveraging the brand's reputation and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
• Guide clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.

• Prepare businesses for future sales and ensure sustained profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in privately held companies in the USA.
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.
